I’m happy inside, I swear. My insides just aren’t reflected by my preferred color palette. (Or my face.) So despite the festive season I couldn’t resist snagging this Oxygen dress and wearing it over and over (and over) again. I seem to be collecting go-to throw-on dresses and this is now part of that roster. It’s tighter than I usually prefer but it veers away from party snug with the choice of sleeves. Been wearing this dress both to attend parties and run errands. I especially like the surprise slit care of the asymmetrical ruching.
What I really want to talk about though is Christmas, how I felt, back stories and other random musings but my thoughts are slightly all over the place and I need time to think and type. So what I will end with is how my decor’s color scheme is silver – matte, glittery, reflective. You name the sheen, I probably have it.
So I guess, if I really push it, my dress is in theme after all. Now I’ve just got to work on my face. Believe me though when I say I’m fully feeling the Christmas spirit and I really do wish Christmas was longer (especially Christmas break.)
